THE WORK

The work, and who it was for.

An idea from two founders in New York. An internet café down the street from the studio. Each became software that fits the people it was made for, and in each there was one decision that made the fit possible.

  1. 002 · IGRAONA IGRAONAGAMING & HOSPITALITY · GORNJI VAKUF-USKOPLJE

    LAUNCHED AUGUST 2026

    Igraona Igraona

A website for an internet café down the street from the studio: five years of history, a community of regulars, and nobody to run a website. Parents and the rest of the town can now see what the place is, when it is open, what it costs and what has happened there, from people who were never going to maintain a site.

    The igraona.gg homepage
igraona.gg — the website for the venue

    THE DECISION

Design for the organization that exists. Nothing on the site needs a person to keep it true: what the place is, its hours and prices change rarely and are stated plainly; what has happened there is written as history, with dates; what is coming appears only when there is something real to announce. Everyday life stays on Instagram, which already records it. So the site is still right months after launch without anyone touching it, and the chronicle can end with an empty row.

    WHAT WAS BUILT

    • The website, where a parent can find out what Igraona is before their child asks to go
    • The chronicle, five years of the place's history reconstructed from its archive and checked with the owners
    • The rules that let the owners leave the site alone and keep it true
    • The wider project, a companion app for parents and tooling for staff, is described in the full account
    STATUS
    Launched August 2026
    P23'S PART
Found the story in the archive, set the rules, designed and built the result. The owners knew what the place was.

  2. 001 · CORNER TABLEHOSPITALITY · NEW YORK

    2024 – 2026 · TWO ENGAGEMENTS

    Corner Table

A network for guests and the places they return to. A regular is known by name, is greeted as one, and hears about what the venue is doing; the venue knows who its regulars actually are. Two founders brought the idea, their knowledge of hospitality and the design. The question was how software could make being a regular mean something.

    Corner Table native app
The native app: the guest side of the network.

    THE DECISION

Nobody declares their own relationships. A guest asks to be recognized as a regular; someone at the venue confirms it. A staff role needs a manager's approval. Because every relationship in the network was confirmed by the other side, being a regular somewhere was worth something, and a venue could trust what it saw. The second engagement built on the same confirmed relationships to open the network to the industry itself: events, masterclasses, recipes, jobs, and shifts that needed filling the same evening.

    WHAT WAS BUILT

    • The app, where guests ask to be recognized and the industry follows the feed
    • The web app, the feed and the jobs board in a browser
    • The control panel, where venues and managers confirm and approve
    • The backend that carries every request, confirmation and notification between them
    STATUS
Both engagements completed and delivered. The product was not publicly launched.
    ENGAGEMENTS
    Dec 2024 – Mar 2025
    Feb 2026 – May 2026
    P23'S PART
Product shaping and the engineering: apps, control panel, infrastructure. The founders brought the idea, the industry and the design.
